The qualified individual that accepts this position will have the opportunity to
Interface with patients, surgical center staff, physical therapists, physicians and their staff as well as coordinating with the internal staff at VQ OrthoCare.
Provide the delivery, proper set-up, instruction, and education to client base on the safe and appropriate use of VQ OrthoCare products as requested by the ordering physician both within and outside the assigned region to medical facilities or private residences.
Provide patients with appropriate information on the care and maintenance of the prescribed equipment in accordance with the Company’s policies.
CAPABILITIES
The best and brightest candidates will be successful in this position if they possess the following skills.
Utilize software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other standard Office Programs.
Ability to read, interpret, and navigate efficient driving routes using the Thomas Guide.
EDUCATION
High school diploma is required. College degree preferred.
1+ years related experience in DME/ training in the medical field and/or a customer service oriented environment is required. An equivalent combination of both is acceptable.
Medical terminology or training is preferred
