Duties of this position include:
• Evaluate and treat a varied patient population
• Develop functional, outcome-based, creative treatment programs
• Use experienced clinical and manual skills when appropriate
• Participate in marketing and public relations activities, events and promotions
• Must maintain open communication with other members of the health care team to insure coordination and effectiveness of therapies provided
• Must assist in monitoring admissions, referrals, and discharges to and from the clinic
• Assists in proper distribution and sales of therapeutic supplies and equipment

Requirements:
• Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Must possess an unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Must be a team player and willing to work together with a tight-knit clinical team
• Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with patients’ rehabilitation and medical team, patients and their families

• Must have efficient documentation skills, an attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Must be comfortable with on-line documentation.
• The position also requires a personable, collaborative attitude, the ability to prioritize many different projects simultaneously, and the ability to work with many personality types and have fun in the process!
