Overview:
Joining our dynamic team as a Rehabilitation Specialist you will serve as a treating clinician and support clinical service activities. You will report to the Area Manager and work closely with the clinical operations team and our therapists to drive the mission and vision of the company and uphold the values that we treasure:

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include patient care 50% of the time, training clinical staff & Directors of Rehab in clinical programs and policies & procedures, development of therapist competency skills, clinical program development and enhancement of clinical treatment planning and delivery of service.
Qualifications:
Key Qualification Requirements:
·Graduate from an accredited program for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Language Pathology.
·Must possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice.
·Must have at minimum five years experience using trans-disciplinary approach in a long-term care setting.
