Respiratory Therapist
Winchester Hospital, Winchester MA
Full-time, 12-hour nights, 7pm-7am with weekend rotation.
The Respiratory Therapist will assess, plan, organize and administer respiratory therapy diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in accordance with physicians’ treatment plans. This position will ensure operation and maintenance of all respiratory therapy equipment.
An Associates of Science degree in Respiratory Care with Certified Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist credentials required. Six months experience as a Respiratory Therapist in an acute care setting preferred. Good clinical, communication and interpersonal skills are required. The ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team desired. Must possess good technical aptitude to understand and operate highly complex medical equipment.
