Fox Run, a premier retirement community, is currently seeking a Pay Per Visit Speech Language Pathologist for our Certified Home Health Department.
Responsibilities
The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for implementation of standards of care for speech-language pathology services and for day-to-day speech therapy treatments and evaluation of patients. The Speech-Language Pathologist provides speech therapy services in accordance with Agency policy and governing regulations.
Qualifications
Home Care Experience
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from accredited facility, or as required by State regulations
Current State license in Speech-Language Pathology or a certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology, granted by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
Certified to practice Speech Language Pathology.
Minimum of one (1) year’s clinical experience in Speech Language Pathology or as required by State regulations.
Good organizational skills.
Current CPR certification.
Employees providing care to patients that live outside the community will be required to present a valid driver’s license. (FRV only)
